About Luca Chef Services of Maui
Aloha,
My name is Massimo Trombini, and I am the
head chef of Luca Chef Services. I was born
in Rome, Italy and moved to the United
States in 1980. I have over 20 years
experience in the culinary industry and have
received awards for my cooking.
My philosophy about cooking is very
simple--use the very freshest ingredients
that Maui has to offer, and respect the food
by not over handling it.
